Terms of Use
Effective July 15, 2026
01Scope and Priority
These Terms govern your use of websites, applications, products, content, and services created or operated by Corey Edwards Media, LLC. If a particular product or service has its own terms, those more specific terms control for that product or service.
Paid work, custom development, consulting, hosting, maintenance, and other client services may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or contract. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.
02Acceptance
By accessing or using anything covered by these Terms, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website, product, or service.
03General Information
Public website content is provided for general information, demonstration, and portfolio purposes. It is not professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice, and viewing it does not create a client or business relationship.
04Ownership and Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the design, writing, software, graphics, branding, and other original material I publish are owned by Corey Edwards Media, LLC or used with permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may view and use publicly available material for ordinary personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, republish, sell, license, remove attribution from, or create derivative works from it without written permission or another applicable license.
05Acceptable Use
You may not misuse these services, interfere with their operation, test or bypass security without authorization, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, violate another person's rights, or use them for unlawful activity.
Automated scraping, bulk extraction, dataset creation, model training, or systematic reuse of content is prohibited unless I have given written permission or an applicable product policy expressly allows it. Ordinary indexing by legitimate search engines is permitted.
06Messages and Submissions
When you send a message or submit information, you confirm that it is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. A submission does not obligate me to accept work, respond, keep an offer open, or enter into a business relationship.
Personal information is handled under the applicable Privacy Policy. Where a product has its own privacy policy, that product-specific policy applies instead.
07Third-Party Services and Links
Some services depend on third-party platforms or link to websites I do not control. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement. Their availability, content, security, and privacy practices are governed by their own operators and terms.
08Availability and Changes
I may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a website, feature, product, or service at any time. I do not promise that every service will always be available, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or free of errors.
09Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, covered websites, products, content, and services are provided "as is" and "as available." I disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a product-specific policy or written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corey Edwards Media, LLC and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use a covered service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no payment was made, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
11Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold Corey Edwards Media, LLC harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
12Tennessee Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. No city, county, or specific local venue is designated by these Terms.
13Severability and No Waiver
If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision once does not waive the right to enforce it later.
14Changes to These Terms
I may revise these Terms as my work, technology, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
