Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Corey Edwards Media, LLC handles personal information across the websites, applications, products, and services I create or operate. If a particular product or service has its own privacy policy, that more specific policy applies instead.

I collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, and message when you use a contact form. If we work together, I may also keep the information needed to manage that relationship and provide the agreed services.

I use a self-hosted Umami instance to collect limited, non-identifying analytics such as page views and general device information. Cookies or session data may also be used when needed for basic functionality and session state.

I use personal information to respond to inquiries, communicate with you, provide services, maintain security, understand general usage, and meet legal or contractual obligations. I do not use contact-form information for unrelated marketing.

Contact submissions are normally kept until the inquiry is resolved. Information connected to an ongoing working relationship may be retained as part of the relevant service records, and some information may be kept longer when required by law or contract.

I do not sell or rent personal information. I only disclose it when necessary to operate a service, fulfill your request, comply with the law, or protect legitimate rights and security.

Service providers may process limited information on my behalf. Cloudflare handles website delivery, security, and performance data, while Mailgun processes contact-form email delivery. Their handling of information is also governed by their own policies.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. You may submit a request through the contact form. I may need to verify your identity, and a request may be limited by legal or contractual obligations.

These general services are intended for a broad audience and are not directed to anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

I use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or method of transmission over the internet, however, can be guaranteed completely secure.

These services do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals. My analytics are designed to minimize collection, do not identify individual visitors, and do not track them across unrelated websites. More information about Umami is available at umami.is/features.

I may update this policy as my work, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date.
